Dear Sir,Yaya Yawo dances either sent me an email in which he announced that he would like to attend a session in the Court in the case of The Moonshine to Kerr Serign School. Also I would like to attend a session in this case but unfortunately may I currently no airfares because of problems with an ear. I am now awaiting a ear surgery. It is very unfortunate that the Moonshine School no longer exists and that something good has changed in so many disappointment and misery which so many people affected. This is particularly true for the employment of the teachers. Now I see this matter with confidence.Because together with Gabriele Jall and Sharon Sawyer, we have acted according to the Gambian laws and have for 10 years worked in a cooperative manner,We all together, the school built and there was then a large basis for the continuity. The school has never been property of our Foundation and the Robin Hood Foundation nor I have ever personally had intended the school to get owned.Jaymi Jall has always worked hard to build the school. In the year 2009 is the school even voted one of the best schools in Western Gambia. The teachers and Shankar worked under fine conditions with each other and felt very satisfied and happy. We of the Foundation are only sponsors and have, as far as possible, the teachers responsible for the school and education. The only thing that the Foundation wanted to know was whether they donated money correctly spent. The positive aspect of this method was that the teachers and the people involved in the school all by themselves have taken the initiative and also carried the responsibility for all matters that are posed.Own experience for every man need to get ahead and to develop further. We all wish you good luck in this case and hope and confidence for a positive result. With kind regards,Yours sincerely,Klaartje van der AaRobin Hood Foundation
