Ik heb mijn hele leven geen vlees of kip gegeten. Ook geen gerechten waar dit in verwerkt is. Alleen 2 of 3 X per week vis. Veel verse groenten, fruit en noten.
In de eerste 3 maanden van het jaar eet ik geen vis, omdat de vis dan kuit gaat schieten, en moet groeien.
