Zoals besproken met je is het salarisniveau in de regio Eindhoven voor een vergelijkbare functie van director engineer tussen Euro 6.000 en maximaal Euro 6.500 per maand.
Momenteel bedraagt het salaris van Han Euro 6.003 per maand.
Mijn voorstel is om zijn huidige salaris te verhogen euro 6.227 per maand en een groeipad naar uiteindelijk euro 6.650 p/m bij goed functioneren.
