Het is me niet duidelijk geworden waarom ze niet in een andere sector mag komen. Daarmee wordt de arrestatie ook wat eigenaardig. Enerzijds lijkt het verhaal in de toekomst te spelen, anderzijds gebruik je cell phones en computerschermen, iets wat vandaag al bestaat. Behoort ze tot een bepaalde groep, die onderdrukt wordt en wat is de rol van de drugs? Dat blijft allemaal wat ongewis. Het is net of je iets vertelt dat jou bekend is, maar niemand anders. De lezer kan zich inleven, wanneer hij of zij weet waar het verhaal over gaat. Soms dacht ik aan George Orwell's 1984 en als je het nog niet gelezen hebt, zou ik dat wel doen om te zien hoe je zo'n dystopian society kunt weergeven.
Overigens leken de delen me toe te behoren aan een groter verhaal. Is het de bedoeling, dat je dit tot een (jeugd)roman verwerkt? Dan zou ik me kunnen voorstellen, dat je de karakterisering van de deelnemers duidelijk ter hand neemt en laat zien, wat het conflict in het verhaal is.
