Met interesse heb ik de vacature voor Plant Manager op de locatie Made op de website van Hazera gelezen. Graag stel ik mij hierbij kort aan u voor.

In 1994 ben ik afgestudeerd aan de Agrarische Hogeschool in ’s-Hertogenbosch, in de profielen bedrijfseconomie en marketing en de specialisaties potplanten en snijbloemen.
Sindsdien heb ik in Nederland en Duitsland gewerkt bij verschillende hoogstaande jonge planten leveranciers zoals Florensis, Dümmen en Grow Group. Hierbij heb ik diverse functies bekleed in de productieomgeving waarbij productie & productieoverzicht, personeelsplanning & organisatie en optimalisatie in de glastuinbouw steeds centraal stonden.

Door deze werkervaring heb ik een goed beeld van de hedendaagse bedrijven die opereren in de jonge planten business en heb ik veel specialistische kennis opgedaan in het managen van productieafdelingen, waarbij in de loop der jaren mijn scope is vergroot van puur de fysieke plantengroei naar de opkweekschema's van planten, en vervolgens van het aansturen naar het managen van medewerkers, tot aan het optimaliseren van de kwekerijen. Ik heb inmiddels de nodige ervaring, inzicht en overzicht die benodigd is om als manager plannen te ontwikkelen en succesvol uit te voeren.
