Mijn grote interesse en rode draad

Mijn grote interesse en rode draad in mijn carrière is de personele aansturing rondom de opkweek van jonge planten uit zaad en stek en het verbeteren en optimaliseren van de groei en de techniek er om heen, zowel voor wat de productie en opkweek betreft als vooral ook de organisatie er omheen. Ik vind het prettig om met veel verschillende collega's om te gaan op een open en gelijkwaardig niveau en zeker ook in combinatie met een verbeterend vlak en deels een administratief onderdeel.

Mijn interesse gaat uit naar het werken in een bedrijf waarbij veel van mij en de collega's wordt verlangd en er op een hoog niveau wordt gewerkt. Ik vind het leuk om zaken te plannen en te analyseren, ik hou van orde, overzicht en inzicht van waar ik mee bezig ben. Dit in combinatie met externe contacten en het samen verbeteren en optimaliseren van (productie-)technieken en het hierdoor kunnen leveren van goede en liefst nog betere kwaliteit maken het voor mij nog interessanter.
Verantwoordingsbewustzijn, teamwork en stressbestendigheid, nauwkeurigheid en efficiency zijn voor mij vanzelfsprekend.

My great interest and thread in my career is the human control around the cultivation of young plants from seed and cuttings and improving and optimizing growth and the technique around it, both the production and propagation and, above all, the organisation around it. I like to with many different colleagues to go on an open and equivalent level and certainly in combination with an improving flat and partly an administrative part.My interest is in working in a company where many of me and my colleagues is requested and there at a high level. I like to plan and analyze business, I love order, overview and insight of where I am working on. This in combination with external contacts and together improve and optimize (manufacturing) techniques and this allows delivering good and preferably even better quality make it even more interesting for me. Accountability awareness, teamwork and stress resistance, accuracy and efficiency are of course for me.
