How do we come to the latent needs?
The future production scenarios are created using the tools of TRIZ. The scenarios are not in detail, but we communicate the functionality in the form of 3D visualizations, stories, comics or animation. These are presented to the market to get a reaction.
The unknown market demand must be continuously reviewed to develop with the product scenario's. Without market and actionable customer insights they need not successful products, but without scenarios also not actionable customer insights they need!
