Het insteek van jullie organisatie

Het insteek van jullie organisatie en de wijze van uitvoeren sluit volledig aan bij mijn visie in het leven. Mijn levensmoto is dan ook ‘’Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself’’. Hier heb ik ook gedurende mijn opleiding altijd naar gehandelend door veel vrijwilligerswerk te doen. Zo heb ik onder andere vrijwillig stage gelopen bij eredivisie volleybalclub Tilburg STV, waar ik verantwoordelijk was voor de sponsoring, de businessclub en content op de website. Initiatief nemen staat hierin voorop. Ik heb met lef en durf mijn schouders onder het projectnog uitleggen wat het project was gezet. Daarnaast ben ik penningmeester van de volleybalclub Gavoc’10 en heb ik 4 jaar lang een jeugdteam getraind en gecoacht. Ik heb altijd mijn verantwoordelijkheid gepakt om iedereen goed te begeleiden. Ook binnen de opleiding heb ik een honourprogramma gevolgd om mezelf ook thoretisch extra te ontwikkelen en alle kansen te pakken die ik krijg. Ik probeer altijd het beste uit mezelf en anderen te halen. Ik zet mezelf altijd in een motiverende rol met een nadruk op ondersteuning waar ik zie dat nodig is.
